The Arvada cohousing community is dedicated to living in harmony with nature and each other. We will support, honor and respect each other within our community and reach out to serve the surrounding community.

Arvada, CO is a vibrant city located between Boulder and Golden and close to all the mountain areas and activities. Arvada residents enjoy beautiful views of mountains, lakes, and valleys with easy access to mountain recreation and activities. Arvada is also known for its quality parks and trail systems which link downtown Denver to the foothills.

The community completed a Site Design workshop with Chuck Durrett of McCamant and Durrett Architects in June. The result of that workshop is a site design that incorporates the cohousing principles of a pedestrian friendly and safe family environment.
